Kashkaval

Kashkaval cheese is a type of yellow cheese with a hard and creamy texture made from cow's milk, sheep's milk, or both.

It derives its name from the Italian cheese Calcio cavallo so it is especially popular in Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean region.
